Completed second Phase III clinical trial of arbaclofen ER for the treatment of spasticity in Multiple Sclerosis (MS) patients in Q1 2019 Study results are mixed: Arbaclofen ER demonstrated statistically significant improvement in spasticity relative to placebo for the TNmAS for the most affected limb for both 40-mg and 80-mg doses.
